THE INCARNATION and Forgiveness & Healing
Father had a Live Zoom Event March 14, 2024 and he spoke to us about the Incarnation. The purchasing of Father's books "Forgiveness - Experiencing God's Mercy" and "Healing", were highlighted as part of the event.
In these two books Father gives us an important focus on how "Forgiveness is the key to healing" and that “Healing and forgiveness are interrelated.”
Father has many gifts and his greatest contribution is in his gift of apostolic teaching on God's Mercy and Forgiveness. Father’s charism of love brings Jesus, Who is Love Incarnate, alive to us. We learn from Father about the love of God and His work of redemption.
You can find these two acclaimed works of Father’s available for purchase by selecting the "Books" tab at the top of this Page.
Once you select the link for each of these books, you will be able to view the Table of Contents and select additional links to learn more.
Father reminded us his website has a lot to offer and suggested taking some time to browse and enjoy. Please consider making a purchase too. All purchases offer an important revenue to Father and his community, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. As always, Father thanks you for your support!

Divine Mercy Sunday - Teaching by Fr Richard McAlear, OMI
JESUS, FORGIVENESS and HEALING
Forgiveness - Experiencing God's Mercy, an acclaimed work of Father's in which he not only provides valuable insight on the necessity of forgiveness for healing and spiritual growth, but he also reflects on the fact that forgiveness is the very heart and soul of the Gospel message itself.
"God's forgiveness is simply given as a gift without measure. What is received as a gift is to be given as a gift (Mt 10,8). Love and do not count the cost."
~ Fr Richard McAlear, OMI
Healing, another acclaimed work of Father's in which he tells us- "We see Jesus as the incarnation of the Father's love. He is the Savior. The basis for all the healing and saving work of Jesus is the Incarnation itself. Love is revealed when God sends His Son into the world to be its Savior... He brings healing and hope, touching humanity with the love of God.
"The Spirit of God has been given to me. He has sent me to bring Good News to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted and to free the oppressed" (Is 61, 1-3).
Jesus will spend His time on earth fulfilling that prophetic word. Jesus healed. He is Healer. He forgives sins... He heals and cures the sick. Jesus is Love Incarnate."
Forgiveness - Experiencing God's Mercy and Healing by Fr Richard McAlear offer much to ponder about Jesus and what He came to do.
"Healing belongs to Jesus and Jesus belongs to healing. We learn about Jesus from considering His healing work, His incarnation and work of redemption. We learn about the love of God, both as manifested in the healings Jesus accomplished and as the reason for His presence on earth."
~ Fr Richard McAlear, OMI
As always, Father thanks you for supporting his Ministry and the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate and gives you his blessing for a Holy and Merry Christmas!

Thank you to one and all who reached out as I celebrated my 80th birthday.
I feel deeply blessed and grateful. Wonderful to think I have completed eight
decades of life. But I have miles to go before I sleep.

“Jesus is the friend of sinners.”
~ Fr Richard McAlear, OMI
As Jesus passed by, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at the customs post. He said to him, "Follow me." And he got up and followed him. While he was at table in his house, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat with Jesus and his disciples. The Pharisees saw this and said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?" He heard this and said, “Those who are well do not need a physician, but the sick do. Go and learn the meaning of the words, I desire mercy, not sacrifice. I did not come to call the righteous but sinners." ~ MT 9:9-13

Jesus came with his disciples into the house. Again the crowd gathered, making it impossible for them even to eat. When his relatives heard of this they set out to seize him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.” - Mk 3:20-21
Feel like everything is crazy? Just be crazy for Jesus!
"I'm plum crazy for Jesus because Jesus is crazy for me... crazy enough to die for me. That's crazy!" - Fr Richard McAlear, OMI
August is the month of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and a time of special celebrations...
The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is August 15th when we celebrate Mary assumed body and soul into Heaven. The Memorial of The Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary is August 22nd when we celebrate Mary crowned Queen of Heaven.
It is a special time to be close with Mary.
Mary - Mother & Disciple of Jesus, a teaching by Fr. Richard McAlear, gives us a very special and touching glimpse into the life of Mary and all that she endured.
